The goal of this group project was to improve the quantity and quality of applicants from the USA for The Teaching Assistant Program in France (TAPIF)

This manual was designed for Cabrillo College during my internship there. Its purpose is to provide information and resources for  instructors to use to create their own  COIL program. COIL is an established  way for students to gain cross-cultural skills by project collaboration with their peers in other countries. 

This report developed an adaptable re-entry program and its assessement tools for UC Santa Cruz students coming back from study abroad
